After an extensive vetting process, PB&Co. are thrilled to have appointed consultants to progress the planning and build at Clendon Road, Toorak. These consultants share the aligned vision of delivering only the highest of quality for the prestigious address. They are thrilled to partner with engineers Measure and MacCormack Associates and Building Surveyor SWA on the project.
The initial meeting for the project team of Clendon Road, Toorak has been hosted to introduce the project’s architect, engineers, and consultants. The meeting proved greatly productive with synergies being displayed between the project team and early strategy explorations are taking place.
The construction phase at FiftyTwo Black is well underway with the excavation and basement complete and installation of block-work walls, also complete.
